Assault courses are suitable for both adults and children.  Activities include, climbing through a slope, jumping to a raised hole and climbing through it, or sliding down a pipe, etc.

The person/team that complete each challenge, and comes through first, either as an individual, or as a team with all its members, is the winner!  Do you want to know who is the fastest in your group?  Try using a stop-watch and record everyone’s achievement.
